Thank you for supporting an independent art studio! Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Original Artwork

  • Original, ready-to-ship artwork is processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Commissioned Artwork

  • Commissioned pieces are created to order.

  • Production timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and will be communicated clearly during the commission process.

  • Shipping occurs only after the artwork is completed and approved.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on artwork size and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including for returned items.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

  • International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs, but we will do our best to assist with claims when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
