Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with me! I take pride in creating original artwork and custom commissions. Please read the return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
Original Artwork
Original pieces that are already completed and available for purchase may be returned within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
To request a return:

Email us at photos.mge@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the title of the artwork, and your reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork.
Return Conditions:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Commissioned Artwork & Custom Orders
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and progress updates are shared during the creative process, commissions are non-returnable.
Nonrefundable Deposit:

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to initiate all commission orders.

This deposit secures your spot in the schedule and covers initial design work.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes of mind or cancellation, once piece has been started.
Order Cancellations

Original artwork orders may be canceled by contacting us within 3 days of confirmed delivery (as outlined above).

Commission orders may be canceled prior to production, but the deposit will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or is defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit.
